White Fiberglass Mesh Roll is a woven fabric made from fiberglass yarns and coated with a white modified resin such as acrylic or PVC. Supplied in rolls (typically 1 meter wide and 50–100 meters long), it provides both structural reinforcement and surface protection in a variety of applications.
· High tensile strength (≥1500N/5cm) effectively distributes stress and prevents surface cracking.
· Wide temperature resistance from -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for harsh weather conditions.
· Excellent chemical stability: resistant to acids and stable in alkaline environments (pH 7–14) such as cement and gypsum.
· Low elongation at break (≤3%), ensuring dimensional stability during application.
· Breathable mesh structure allows water vapor to pass through, preventing issues like delamination or blistering.
Main Applications
· ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems): embedded in plaster layers to prevent insulation board cracking (EN 13499 compliant).
· Joint reinforcement in gypsum boards and plaster coatings, improving durability and crack resistance.
· Waterproofing systems: used as a reinforcing layer in membranes to improve puncture resistance.
· Flooring systems: laid over insulation layers to enhance the load-bearing strength of backfill layers.
· Also used in high-temperature filtration, composite reinforcement, and other specialized industrial applications.
