White Fiberglass Mesh Roll is made of fiberglass yarns woven to form a mesh structure and coated with a white modified coating such as acrylic resin or PVC. It is generally available in rolls (commonly 1 meter in width and 50-100 meters in length) with a white coating that is both protective and functional.
Characteristics
The high tensile strength of glass fiber (usually ≥1500N/5cm) effectively disperses stress and prevents the base from cracking.
Resistant to a temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃, adaptable to extreme weather conditions.
It is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (stable in a pH 7-14 environment) and suitable for highly alkaline environments such as cement and gypsum.
Elongation at break ≤3%, ensuring no structure deformation during reinforcement.
The open mesh structure allows water vapor to pass through, avoiding the problem of the hollow drum.
Main Applications
ETICS external wall insulation system: embedded in the plastering mortar layer to prevent cracking of the insulation board (following EN 13499).
Used in gypsum board joints and plaster layer reinforcement to improve impact resistance.
Used as a reinforcement layer for waterproofing membranes to improve puncture resistance.
Paved above the heat insulation layer, enhancing the structural strength of the backfill layer.
High-temperature filtration material, composite material substrate, etc.
